Data were collected from 20 specialists in the fields of information technology and supply chain management, all selected from Tehran. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software, continuing until theoretical saturation was reached.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The results indicate that emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and big data play a crucial role in optimizing global supply chain processes. These technologies enable enhanced transparency, cost reduction, and increased efficiency. However, challenges such as technical issues, organizational resistance, high costs, and cultural barriers exist in the implementation of these technologies and need to be addressed.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Implementing emerging technologies in global supply chains is accompanied by challenges but can significantly contribute to improving performance and reducing costs in organizations. To succeed in the implementation of these technologies, organizations must focus on developing technical infrastructure, ensuring senior management support, and creating a culture of technology acceptance.</p> <p><strong>هدف: </strong>هدف این تحقیق بررسی چالش‌ها و راهکارهای پیاده‌سازی فناوری‌های نوظهور در زنجیره تأمین جهانی و تحلیل تأثیر این فناوری‌ها بر بهبود کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌ها است.</p> <p><strong>روش‌ها و مواد:</strong> این تحقیق به‌صورت کیفی و با استفاده از روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شده است. داده‌ها از 20 نفر متخصص در حوزه‌های فناوری اطلاعات و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین که از تهران انتخاب شده‌اند، جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت.</p> <p><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که فناوری‌های نوظهور مانند اینترنت اشیا، بلاک‌چین، هوش مصنوعی و داده‌های بزرگ نقش مهمی در بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای زنجیره تأمین جهانی دارند. این فناوری‌ها بهبود شفافیت، کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری را ممکن می‌سازند. با این حال، چالش‌هایی مانند مشکلات فنی، مقاومت سازمانی، هزینه‌های بالا و چالش‌های فرهنگی در پیاده‌سازی این فناوری‌ها وجود دارد که باید مورد توجه قرار گیرند.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> پیاده‌سازی فناوری‌های نوظهور در زنجیره تأمین جهانی با چالش‌هایی همراه است، اما می‌تواند به‌طور قابل توجهی به بهبود عملکرد و کاهش هزینه‌ها در سازمان‌ها کمک کند. برای موفقیت در پیاده‌سازی این فناوری‌ها، سازمان‌ها باید به توسعه زیرساخت‌های فنی، حمایت مدیریت ارشد و ایجاد فرهنگ پذیرش فناوری توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند.</p> https://www.jimds.com/index.php/jimds/article/download/33/33
